Protect important information and fight against security breaches
The Wichita area has top-notch programs in cybersecurity. Butler Community College is designated as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education. Friends University has a state-of-the-art cybersecurity lab, one of only three of its kind in the country. Jobs vary from business to defense – the 184th Wing of the Air National Guard at McConnell has about 500 cybersecurity employees.
