[Pay Equality and the Future Workforce]
Kara Hunt, Vice President of Human Resources at Delta Dental, and Kim Doze-Lohmann, Director of Marketing at Martin, Pringle, Oliver, Wallace & Bauer, will discuss the current state of pay equality in the U.S., the impact this has on our workforce of the future, and how we can all take steps towards more equitable organizations. Kara and Kim have previously presented their research and hosted salary negotiation workshops to multiple organizations across our region.
